Migrain headaches suck

I really hate it when I get a migrain! it's worse when I still have to go into work with one...

Have you ever gotten to the point where you just need to take a mental health day... or week? I have been there for a while... this past weekend I went to Caddo lake with some friends from Church. it was a blast! it was a very much needed weekend away from everything else. About the only thing that wasn't enjoyable was the immense heat! I have no idea how hot it really was but it sure felt like it was at least 107! Have I mentioned that I hate the heat?
